The recruiting coordinator plays an important role in sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, requesting reference checks and moving the recruitment process forward. The recruiting coordinator is often the first contact a candidate has with the company and must maintain professionalism at all times. Proper grammar, punctuation and email etiquette is a requirement of this position.
Post positions in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in appropriate format
Post positions on niche job boards, research alternative posting outlets and maintain those postings
Maintain status updates in ATS for candidates
Respond to candidate inquiries
Request and conduct references
Initiate assessments and background checks
Request and maintain appropriate new hire documentation and file in appropriate electronic files
Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter platform
Candidates must be located within commuting distance of the headquarters located in Seabrook, NH. This position is not a remote work opportunity.
REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s Degree + 1 year of relevant experience in recruitment or HR coordination (internship experience accepted); OR
2 years of relevant experience in recruitment or HR coordination
Knowledge of Boolean searching best practices
Ability to successfully prioritize tasks is a must
Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter a plus
