PJS is recruiting individuals with the drive to succeed in sales to join our team as part of our next new hire class and work remotely within the Tri-State/ NYC-Metro area.

Applying a consultative approach and with the support and guidance of senior sales executives, the Director of Business Development works to build a lead pipeline of highly qualified opportunities and develop business with new clients. The Director of Business Development also travels with senior sales team members, to interact with PJS clients at industry and private events.

If you’ve got 2-4 years of proven sales experience, and are seeking an exciting industry in which to advance to the next level, this may be the right opportunity for you.

Our Director of Business Development will earn a base salary, bonus, and commission while learning aviation sales from industry veterans, in preparation for a successful and profitable aviation sales career.

Excellent written and verbal communication, the comfort and ability to interact with a wide variety of people, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of professionalism, dedication and organization are all key to achieve success in the Business Development role.
